Attorney Profile: Kimberly H. Ashbach, Esq.
Employment Law - Civil Rights Litigation - Equine Law
As your attorney, I bring to the relationship a rich and diverse background of legal experience. I graduated with highest honors, "Order of the Coif," from the College of William and Mary. I then launched my career in the public sector as a law clerk for the Hon. Ronald P. Wertheim. After my clerkship, I entered the United States Department of Justice through its honors program, with responsibility for defending the government against million dollar lawsuits involving claims of environmental exposure to toxic substances.
In private practice at a large Philadelphia law firm, I handled ERISA and employment matters on behalf of clients such as Mack Trucks, Continental Bank, MidLantic Bank, PECO and the City of Reading. These assignments provided me with a broad based exposure to employment issues in both the private and public sectors.
Since establishing my own practice, I have been fortunate to represent many wonderful individuals, who have been in dire distress with regard to painful employment conflicts and problems. Some approached me as a "last chance" to find fairness, justice and the redress of their circumstances. Fortunately, I have been very successful in helping those individuals accomplish the outcomes that helped restore their lives with dignity and fairness. I appreciate the faith they placed in me.
I am thoughtful, tenacious, reasonable and creative. When I take on a client I become their partner and their protector. Some have called me a "bull dog" in my pursuit of a matter. I prefer to think of myself as relentlessly determined.
